¡Hooola! ¿Cómo estás?  Let´s have a look at the conjugation of regular -ar verbs in Spanish in present tense. It is important to remember that in Spanish, verbs have a stem (or root) and an infinitive ending.
If the infinitive of the verb ends in -ar, it means that the verb belongs to the first conjugation. And how do we conjugate regular -ar verbs? Well, it´s actually quite easy. All you need to do is to drop the -ar and add the following endings to the stem: -o, -as, -a, -amos, -áis, -an.

Here is the present tense of the regular -ar verb hablar (to speak):

yo hablo (I speak)
tú hablas (you speak)
él habla (he speaks)
ella habla (she speaks)
usted habla (you speak) – formal, singular

nosotros/as hablamos (we speak)
vosotros/as habláis (you speak) – informal, plural
ellos hablan (they speak)
ellas hablan (they speak)
ustedes hablan (you speak) – formal, plural
